Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress born May 26th 1978, in Campinas Sao Paulo. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are some of her most notable films. Ana Paula Oliveira became a part of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. She is currently the manager of the Assassination Witness Project and is a key member of GI-TOC's multilateral involvement. Within her position at GI TOC, she focuses on the assassination of people - which includes disappearances and other violence of all types in the context of illicit economics. Her interests in research also encompass the effect of organized criminality on human rights, and legislation and policies. Ana Paula holds an LL.M cum laude with a laude International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also holds an LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula holds a Bachelor degree with a magna cumlaude distinction in Legal as well as Social Sciences by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Her legal experience is comprised of four years at a firm that specializes in public law litigation. Her past experiences also included assisting roles at non-governmental organizations with their headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
